Pavilion Reservations
Basin Recreation park pavilions can be reserved from May 1 through October 15. Reservations will be accepted starting May 1. All reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. The rental fee must be paid at the time of reservation.
Restrooms are available at all locations. Propane barbecues are permitted but not provided. Water and electricity are unavailable at these pavilions. Park hours are dawn to dusk.
Locations
Trailside Park
At Trailside Park, there are three large pavilions, each with picnic tables available for reservation. The large pavilions will comfortably accommodate between 30 and 40 people.
Trailside East Park
At Trailside East Park, there is one large pavilion with picnic tables available for reservation. A large pavilion will accommodate between 30-40 people.ย
There is also 1 large pavilion available on a first-come, first served basis
Matt Knoop Memorial Park
At Matt Knoop Memorial Park, there are two medium pavilions and one small pavilion, each with picnic tables available for reservation. The medium pavilions will each accommodate between 15 and 20 people and the small pavilion will accommodate between 8 and 12 people.
There are also 3 medium pavilions available on a first-come, first served basis.ย
Willow Creek Park
At Willow Creek Park, there are two small pavilions, each with picnic tables available for reservation. The small pavilions will each accommodate between 8 and 12 people.
There is also one small pavilion and one large pavilion that is available on a first-come, first served basis. Please note the large pavilion adjacent to the all-abilities playground is not available for rent.ย
Pavilion Fees
Pavilions are rented in half-day blocks. Reservations can be made for either 9am-1pm, or 3pm-7pm. Below rates are for half-day blocks.

FAQs
Food trucks require permission from the District to ensure adequate parking. Please contact Basinโs Events and Outreach Coordinator at (435) 649-1564 Ext. 133 or [email protected] for more information.
Basin Recreation allows users to bring propane grills to use at pavilions. Charcoal and open flame BBQ’s are not permitted. No equipment is provided.
Alcohol is not allowed on District property except with prior written approval from the District Director.
