Trailside East Park

Basin Recreation is excited to offer new amenities adjacent to Trailside Park! Completed in 2023, this new community park includes 2 multipurpose turf fields, 127 parking stalls, a restroom, and 2 pavilions which are available on a first-come basis. Surrounding the 10-acre park is 58-underdeveloped acres of recreational open space and trail opportunities. Check out the renowned Trailside Bike Park, which offers a variety of riding experiences for a wide range of riders and all skill levels. A Disc Golf Course, Skate Park, 2 playgrounds, 2 playing fields, a basketball court, a dog park, and 4 fenced tennis/pickleball courts are right next door at Trailside Park.

Pets, bikes, and motorized vehicles are not permitted on the synthetic turf.

In 2019, the District acquired the 68.52-acre parcel located on the northeast corner of Silver Creek Parkway and Trailside Drive through a generous grant by Summit County.
