MEETING NOTICE

Public notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the Snyderville Basin Special Recreation District will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, January 9, 2025, at the time specified below. The meeting will be held electronically and at 5715 Trailside Drive, Park City, UT 84098. All times listed are general in nature and are subject to change by the Board Chair.

    • 6:10PM – Election of 2025 Board officers
    • 6:15PM – Establishment of SBSRD Standing and Ad Hoc committees
    • 6:20PM – Discussion and possible approval of minutes from 12/12/2024 and 12/17/2024.
    • 6:25PM – Discussion and possible approval of the prior month’s expenditures
    • 6:30PM – RTS Aspen Study results presented by Paul Rogers with Utah State University
    • 6:50PM – Request to approve authorized signers for the District’s accounts with Zions Bank
    • 6:55PM – Discussion and possible approval of 2025 audit engagement letter
    • 7:05PM – Trails and Open Space 2024 Annual Report presentation
    • 7:25PM – Discussion and possible approval of The Fieldhouse HVAC controller upgrades
