Road to Arcylon

Type: Natural dirt, loop
Rating: Advanced, Downhill/Freeride

The Road to Arcylon is Basin Recreation's prized freeride/downhill-oriented trail. This is truly a downhill, big jumps, drops and bermed turns. Access the trail from the Gorgoza Park Tubing Hill parking area. Ride up the Gorgoza Park Trail, roughly 1 mile, to UP Trail and another 1/4 mile to the top of Road to Arcylon.

This trail was planned, designed and constructed as a cooperative partnership between Basin Recreation and WAFTA (Wasatch Area Freeride Trail Association). A big thank you to WAFTA and all the volunteers who helped make the Road to Arcylon possible. Please respect the TRAIL CLOSED sign if it is posted. Construction, maintenance and mud create unsafe riding conditions.

Parking: Please park at the public trailhead at Gorgoza Park along Kilby Road for trail access.

Notes: Dogs should be cleaned up after, leashed and IN CONTROL at all times. This is a very sensitive area for nesting wildlife along East Canyon Creek.
PLEASE RESPECT PRIVATE PROPERTY OWNERS! All trails in this area are on private property. Please stay on designated public trails, clean up after yourself and keep dogs in control. The future of these trails and new trails depend on your cooperation!
