SUP Yoga:
Monday & Wednesday at 6:45pm or Tuesday at 10:00am in Studio C. 

Stand up paddle board yoga strengthens your core and all of the stabilization muscles that you don't use as often in a regular yoga class. By working on an unstable surface you'll begin to transform your entire body!

Master Classes & Fitness Programs

Give it a TRI Fitness Program
Can you swim 2 lengths in the pool, get through an indoor cycle class and walk/jog around the block? Give it a TRI Fitness Program will help you get ready for your first race!

April 19th through May 26th every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30am to 9:30am at The Fieldhouse or the Park City Aquatic Center. 

Cost is $140 for 6 weeks (12 sessions) - PRE-PAY ONLY (no drop-in's)


Running Fitness Program
Don't feel unprepared for your next race. Start training for your Running with Ed legs now! 

April 19th through May 19th every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at The Fieldhouse and on various Park City trails (weather permitting).

Cost is $75 for 5 weeks (10 sessions) - PRE-PAY ONLY (no drop-in's)


Cinco De Mayo Zumba Glow
Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba fanatics get ready to glow in white or neon under blacklighting! 

Thursday, May 5th from 7:30pm to 8:30pm at The Fieldhouse in Studio A!

Cost is $10.00 Drop-in or pre-register below! No fitness or monthly memberships accepted!
