Barre Tec:
Monday at 9:30am  and Thursday at 5:00pm at The Fieldhouse

Looking to improve your barre technique? Barre Tec will help you focus on the proper muscles to use during your other barre based classes, while increasing your strength and flexibility. Use it as a warm-up to Got Barre or as a stand-alone class to help you engage those elegant and graceful lines of a true dancer.

Are you up for a 31 Day Fitness Challenge? Join your fellow fitness patrons and complete a different exercise for every day of March! Whether you are planking, lunging, or mountain climbing, we guarantee you will feel stronger and healthier by March 31st!

Ladies Who Lift
This FREE introductory workshop course will help with fundamental lifting techniques. Learn the basics of the barbell squat, deadlift row, lunge, and more, in a friendly and informative class setting. 

Join us on any of the below dates from 10:00am to 11:00am at The Fieldhouse.

Cycle Madness Week
Riders will complete as many cycle classes at The Fieldhouse as they can, pushing themselves to achieve maximum mileage! The rider with the most miles at the end of the week will receive a 3-month facility pass with fitness classes. 

Cycle Madness Week will run March 13th through March 19th

Cost to participate in the challenge is $15 for unlimited cycle classes during the week, with a 1.5 hour party class at the end of the week.
