Class of the Month

3-6-9 Work:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6:30am on the turf field. 

The ultimate strength and conditioning interval class, 3-6-9 Work uses a different format and focus every day, including, kettlebell, boot camp circuit, TRX, Tabata, medicine ball and dumbbell workouts. See how far you can push your limits!

Master Classes & Fitness Programs

The Challenge Fitness Program
This high intensity fitness program incorporates unique challenges to keep your mind and body guessing!

June 6th - July 1st every Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 6:30am-7:30am at Matt Knoop Park. 

Cost is $120 for 6 weeks (12 sessions) - PRE-PAY ONLY (no drop-in's)

Summer Guided Hikes
Explore the vast Snyderville Basin and Park City trail systems. Meet new people, discover new trails and enjoy the fresh air! Mark your calendars June through September. 

Saturday, June 4th from 8:30am-10:30am. Meet at The Fieldhouse to carpool to the trailhead. Hikers will explore Stoneridge/Trailside.

Cost is FREE! Please leave dogs at home for this activity.
