Class of the Month

Pilates:
Tuesday & Thursday at 8:30am. 

This class focuses on the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. Exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

FREE Yoga in the Park
Kick off your August weekends feeling complete and renewed in our FREE Yoga in the Park sessions.

Saturday's in August (August 6, August 13, August 20, August 27) from 8:00am to 9:00am at The Woods at Parley's Lane (upper Jeremy Ranch).

Cost is FREE! Please bring your own mat to class.

Yoga Glow & Flow
Love yoga? Love trying new classes? Glow & Flow yoga class is perfect for you! Wear white and practice yoga under black lights.

Thursday, September 1st from 7:00pm-8:00pm at The Fieldhouse.

Cost is $10. No monthly or fitness passes will be accepted for this class.

Summer Guided Hikes
Explore the vast Snyderville Basin and Park City trail systems. Meet new people, discover new trails and enjoy the fresh air! Mark your calendars June through September. 

Saturday, August 20th from 8:30am-10:30am. Meet at The Fieldhouse to carpool to the trailhead. Hikers will explore Bad Apple.

Cost is FREE! Please leave dogs at home for this activity.
