Class of the Month

Tai Chi:
Friday at 10am at The Fieldhouse - Studio A - FREE for the month of August

Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese discipline of meditative movements practiced as a system of exercises, a form. The discipline involves a continuous series of controlled slow movements designed to improve physical and mental well-being. The class will be slow movements to strength joints, improve balance, and help with stress levels.

August Fitness Challenge

Easy as 1, 2, 3...days per week! This challenge consists of short but hard workouts that will speed up your metabolism in one month. Repeat each day for 15 minutes total.

Yoga in the Park
Kick off your weekend in a peaceful way, feeling complete and renewed at these FREE yoga classes with Jenessa. 

All classes will be held on Saturdays from 8am to 9am at The Woods at Parley's Lane (4275 Sunrise Drive - upper Jeremy Ranch).  

Saturday, August 5 from 8am to 9am
Saturday, August 12 from 8am to 9am
Saturday, August 19 from 8am to 9am
Saturday, August 26 from 8am to 9am

Cost is FREE. Please bring your own mat to class.

 
Around the Town Fitness Challenge
Let Basin Recreation take you "around town" to showcase all of Park City's BEST fitness studios/facilities and classes!

Program will run September 5-28, every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30am (a few class times will vary). 

Cost is $100 for 8 sessions - PRE-PAY ONLY (no drop-ins).

Group Training Classes
These classes are designed to give you a total body burn out with a personalized coach experience. Class sizes are limited to 15 people.

Sessions start September 5, 2017. Cost is $12 drop-in fee ONLY. 

Morning sessions:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 10:30am
Tuesday/Thursday - 8:00am & 9:30am 

Evening sessions:
Monday/Wednesday - 6:30pm
Tuesday - 5:30pm


 
Mountain Miles Run Series
Looking for a challenge this summer? Whether you are already a runner or just starting to rack up some mileage, our Mountain Miles three-run Series is for you! 

The Flying Dog 28K Run will be held on September 9 at 7am. We will finish the series with this challenging 17.5 mile/2,200 elevation gain run. Runners will start and end at the East Canyon Creek Trailhead.

Cost for this run is $75. REGISTER HERE
