HIGH Fitness:
Monday and Friday at 9am at The Fieldhouse - FREE for the month of June & July

Hardcore, fun fitness that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography. It combines fun pop songs (old and new) with intensity (interval, plyometrics and cardio) and consistency. Together they make a recipe for success. HIGH fitness produces a high caloric burn and full-body toning through its carefully formulated choreography that alternates between intense cardio peaks and toning tracks.

Learn how to maximize your workout with Basin Recreation equipment. These FREE sessions will keep you informed and safe.

Saturday, June 24 from 9am-10am

Mountain Miles Run Series
Looking for a challenge this summer? Whether you are already a runner or just starting to rack up some mileage, our Mountain Miles three-run Series is for you! 

The Pie-N-Beer Run will be held on July 22 at 7am. You will run 9 miles and gain 1,230 feet in elevation. This run with start at The Fieldhouse, running through Glenwild, and finishing at the Spring Creek Trailhead.

Cost for this run is $40.

Yoga 30 Day Challenge
Join us for 30 days of Yoga! Start with week 1 and do each pose for a count of 4-5 big deep breaths. To challenge yourself, hold the poses longer each day. Keep adding on the next 5 poses to your sequence each week. By the end of week 4, you will have a full yoga flow you can take anywhere.
