Class of the Month

RUN Class:
Run class is on Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00am at The Fieldhouse with Julie Weldon.

This class is designed to accomodate beginning to advanced runners reach their running potential. Maximize your running workouts with spring and interval training while learning proper running technique. Whether you are training for a marathon or just want to work on your speed, this is the class for you.

Group Cycle Master Class:
There are NO SCHEDULED classes in May. See fitness schedule for weekly classes.





 
H.I.T. with WHIT Session:
May 28th - June 27th, 2013.
Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30am-7:30am at The Fieldhouse

HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING - combines strength exercise along with cardio intervals, bands, balls, sprints, circuits, and plyometric training.

Cost is $70 for 10 classes

Zumba Master Class:
Saturday, May 4th, 2013 from 10:00am-11:30am at The Fieldhouse.

$10 drop-in cost - NO PASSES ACCEPTED

Instructor Spotlight

       

Julie Weldon:
Teaches RUN Class.

After growing up on the east coast, Julie moved to Utah in 2003. She loves the lifestyle and small town feel. As a little girl she was active in gymnastics, lacrosse and field hockey. She went on to play with an atheltic scholarship for field hockey at Penn State. She quickly discovered her love of running after she graduated and has since completed both half and full marathon's. She has been involved in CrossFit and trains at the CrossFit Park City location. She is excited to share her passion for fitness and love of running with all ages and abilities in the community. She's a busy mom of three active kids and enjoys watching them excel in their sports!
