Tuesday at 6:35pm at The Fieldhouse - FREE for the month of April
Suspension training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can adjust your body positions to add or decrease resistance.
You can find a TRX class on different days and times but are FREE on Tuesdays at 6:35pm for the month of April!

|Ski Boots to Swimsuits Fitness Program
This NEW 8-week program will focus on toning your muscles through cardio to prepare you for your favorite summer sports. Committ, focus, and smile as we workout our way into summer!
Ski Boots to Swimsuits will run from April 4th through May 25th every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30am to 7:30am at The Fieldhouse.
Cost is $150 for 16 classes.
|Earth Day Yoga
Join us for a FREE Earth Day Yoga class. De-stress, increase flexibility and strength, and stimulate the mind, body and spirit. Space is limited to 50 participants so come early and get your flow on with Jenessa Bohem.
Saturday, April 22 from 8:00am to 9:30am at The Fieldhouse - Studio A.
All levels are welcome.
|Cinco de Mayo WERQ
WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat.
Friday, May 5 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm at The Fieldhouse - Studio A.
Cost is $7 and DROP-INS are welcome!
