    Free Guided Hikes

    Where: Armstrong to Hamm and down Spiro - meet at Silver Star Cafe
    When: Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 10:00am

    Basin Recreation is offering a series of Free Guided Hikes to feature our trails and our beautiful seasons in Park City.

    Start the New Year off right with our New years resolution hike, Gaze at the Full Moon on our night hike followed up with dinner at the Boneyard. Hike into Spring in May and Fall for the colors in September with our seasonal sensation hikes! And Blast away the calories with our Turkey Blaster hike on Thanksgiving morning.

    This service is FREE and a great opportunity to meet new people, find new trails and get some exercise. All hikes will last approximately 2 hours, depending on the trail selected. 

    • New Year Resolution Hike:
      January 1 
      - Glenwild - 1:00pm - 3:00pm meet at Spring Creek Trailhead
    • Moonlight Hike:
      March 10
       - Round Valley - 6:30pm-8:00pm meet at PC Ice Arena 
    • Sping has Sprung Hike:
      May 20
       - Armstrong to Hamm and down Spiro - 10:00am - 12:00pm meet at Silver Star Cafe
    • Fantastic Fall Hike:
      September 9
      - Robs Trail - 9:00am - 11:00pm - Meet at the Robs Trail Trailhead
    • Turkey Blaster Hike:
      November 23
      - Glenwild - 10:00am - 12:00pm - Meet at Spring Creek Trailhead

The Fieldhouse makes for a great location for birthday parties and team events. Looking to rent a pavilion? Pavilion rentals are also available at many of our parks. Due to increasing popularity and use of the Trailside Bike Park, the District is implementing an event permitting process beginning March 2016.
