2011 Summer Camp Success - 8.24.2011
Over 500 young campers benefited from the variety of camp programs that were offered this summer. There truly was something for everyone. Running Camp was a new addition where campers learned the basics of running and track & field events. Look for this camp again next year! Mountain Biking Camp was popular as always. Campers of all ages, even our young 6-8 year olds, explored the vast trail system that Basin and Park City has to offer. Our Summer Blast Camp was held all summer and our counselors worked hard to keep it interesting by playing new games, cooling off at The Fieldhouse Splash Pad and even having a whole week dedicated to Harry Potter. Our H20 Adventure Camp was the perfect travel camp. Our very own Basin Recreation Fun Bus kept the kids cooled off as they journeyed to destinations such as Weber River, 7 Peaks, Park City Ice Arena and more! We were grateful for the 25 plus staff counselors that helped to make your child's summer fun and safe! It is Back to School now but we hope to see you and your camper back in 2012 for another fun-filled summer!
