Spring into Summer Camps...before they fill up! - 5.07.2013

The school year is coming to an end! So be sure to add one, two, or ten weeks of Basin Recreation summer camps to your calendar.
Summer Blast is back as one of our most popular camps and will run for all eleven weeks of summer. Campers will have a choice of which fun activities, including sports, relays, table games, arts and crafts, and contests, they wish to play each day. Afternoons are reserved for pool time at the Park City Aquatic Center. Make sure to pack a swimsuit, towel, lunch, and snacks for your camper. Check the schedule for the Summer Blast drop-off and pickup locations (Ecker Hill or Trailside Park).
This summer will be a great time to get involved with tennis at Basin Recreation, seeing as two brand new courts will be added (making a total of four) at Trailside Park. All the more room to play during the three weeks of Tennis Camp scattered throughout the summer. Kids will break out their racquets in order to learn or improve skills. Campers will play in mini-matches and receive a t-shirt at the end of their program.
Field trips have proven to be a big hit and fill up FAST! These camps this summer include: All Out Adventure, Mini Adventure, Sailing Adventure, and H20 Adventure. All Out Adventure campers explore rock climbing, hiking, trampolines, and so much more. Mini adventurers check out the Hogle Zoo, Clark Planetarium, Aquarium, Tracy Aviary, and Kamas Recreation Center. Sailors take to the Jordanelle Reservoir for a week on the water. And finally, H20 Adventure campers travel to local water parks, pools, and river rafting destinations.
Many of the Basin Recreation summer camps fill quickly, so make sure to reserve your campers' spots ASAP.
